We get that life happens, things come up and you may need to make changes to your appointment! Please see our booking policies below to ensure we can provide you and all of our clients the best treatment experience with Brooke at Skin Love. 

Deposits for securing an online appointment: 
To confirm your online appointment, a 50% deposit of the total service fee is required at the time of booking. This deposit will be credited toward the cost of your treatment but is non-refundable if the appointment is canceled or rescheduled within the cancellation policy period. Please note that the deposit is not transferable to future appointments. 

Credit card capture information:
All bookings and services at Skin Love require an authorised card to be held on file to secure all appointments. No charge will be made to your card unless in the case of cancellation or no show within our below cancellation period.

Cancellations, Rescheduling and No Shows:
Any appointment or service cancelled or rescheduled within 24 hours of the booking time will incur an automatic 50% charge of booked service (if you have paid a deposit online this will be forfeited and the additional 50% of your service will be charged).

Any no shows or cancelled / rescheduled appointments on the same day of the booking will incur an automatic 100% charge of the booked service.

Running Late:
If you are late to your appointment we may need to reschedule or alter the service you are booked for so we don't impact the next clients allocated time. Please note, the original service booked will be charged as there is specific allocated time for your appointment.

Appointment Confirmation Text Messages:
5 days prior to your booked service, you will receive a reminder email. We strongly encourage you to make any changes of appointments as soon as possible.

2 days prior to your booked service, you will receive an automatic confirmation text to reply Y or N.

Failure to confirm an appointment within 24 hours of the appointment time will incur automatic cancellation and 50% charge of booked service.

Our skin treatments aren't just a quick slip, slop, slap facial - they are curated experiences of creating skin correction whilst combining massage techniques to let your mind and body rest.

Things that can make the world of a difference to our business operations is quick responses to confirmation messages, plenty of notice of cancelling or rescheduling an appointment and notifying us of any illnesses, cold sores or cosmetic injectables prior to your booking.
